This Privacy Policy explains how the wallpaper application (the “App”) handles information when it is installed and used on an Android device.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not require users to create an account and does not directly collect personal information such as names, postal addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, contacts, photos, or precise location data.

The App does not sell personal information and does not use personal information for advertising or user profiling.

2. Microphone Access and Sound Processing

The App may request permission to access the device microphone so that the wallpaper can react visually to sounds in the surrounding environment.

Sound is processed locally and in real time on the user’s device only to calculate characteristics such as sound level, rhythm, or frequency information needed to generate visual effects.

Microphone permission can be denied or revoked at any time through the Android system settings. If permission is denied, sound-reactive features may not work, but other available wallpaper features may continue to function.

3. Local App Data

The App may store preferences and configuration settings locally on the device, such as selected visual options or wallpaper settings. This information is used only to provide the App’s functionality and is not sent to the developer.

Locally stored information can be removed by clearing the App’s data in Android settings or by uninstalling the App.

4. Internet Connection

The core wallpaper and sound-reactive functions are designed to operate locally on the device. The App does not transmit microphone recordings or microphone audio to remote servers.

Google Play may independently process technical, licensing, purchase, installation, crash, or security-related information as part of distributing and operating Android applications. Such processing is governed by Google’s own terms and privacy policies.

5. Payments and Purchases

If the App is purchased through Google Play, payment processing is handled by Google Play. The developer does not receive or store the user’s full payment card or payment account details.

6. Third-Party Services

The App does not intentionally include third-party advertising, behavioral tracking, or user-profiling services. Services provided by the Android operating system and Google Play may still process limited technical information independently as necessary to distribute, secure, license, or maintain the App.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

The developer does not maintain a server-side user account database and does not retain microphone audio or personal information submitted through the App.

Because the App does not provide user accounts, there is no account-deletion procedure. Device settings and locally stored App data can be deleted by clearing the App’s storage or uninstalling it.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. If the developer becomes aware that personal information from a child has been collected unintentionally, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it.

9. Security

Reasonable measures are used to protect information handled by the App. In particular, microphone sound analysis is performed locally on the device and audio content is not intentionally stored or transmitted by the App.

10. User Rights

Depending on applicable law, users may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to the processing of their personal information. Because the App does not create accounts or directly collect identifying information, the developer may not hold information that can be linked to a particular user.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the App, its features, applicable law, or the services used by the App change. The revised version will be published on this page and the “Last updated” date will be changed accordingly.
